印度水產品加工潛力未充分發揮 印度水產品出口商聯盟(SEAI)報導,印度每日總共產出14,000公噸的加工水產品,還未滿水產品加工產能的八成;最大的原因不外乎為加工產能在漁獲量沒有增加的情況下缺乏發揮空間所致。在409間的現買房子代化冷凍廠中就有221家通過歐盟認證與有能力提供水產品出口商從原料魚加工到成品出口前等必需的程序。SEAI主席認為,進口商得先取得需要兩星期工作天的衛生證明資格;進口商品則需通過在印度立案實驗室的相關測試,再委由進口國通房屋貸款過認證的代理商辦理。水產品出口發展局(MPEDA)將在與SEAI共同舉辦的2010年印度國際水產品展(IIIS 2010)中就上述等相關議題提出討論。MPEDA主席表示想藉以提升「附加價值」為展覽主題的機會,將出口值創下19.8億美元歷史新價的印酒店打工度水產品,在2010年衝上40億美元。(摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News,NO.4/2010)NEARLY 80% SEAFOOD PROCESSING CAPACITY UNUSEDThe Seafood Exporters Association of India (SEAI) reports that nearly 80% of India's 濾桶seafoodprocessing capacity which has a total capacity of processing 14 000 MT of fish a day is unused.Among the reasons for this are the stagnating catches from sea and while the processing capacity hasalso 賣房子levelled off.There are 409 modern freezing plants, 221 are approved by the European Union and seafoodexporters want procedures eased for importing fish for processing and onward exports. Exporters areallowed to 吳哥窟import but a sanitary import permit is mandatory which takes two weeks to be obtained,Mr. Anwar Hashim, President of SEAI says. In addition, imported products are required to be testedby authorized laboratories in 當鋪India. He said that the certificate from agencies in countries from wherethe products are imported should be also accepted.The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), in association with the 票貼SEAIorganized the India International Sea Food Show 2010 (IIIS 2010) with the aim of discussing theseand other issues. The theme of the conference was “value addition”.
